RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order jewelry is non-refundable.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product.

Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
